Thriller – A Cruel Picture (Swedish: Thriller – en grym film) is a 1973 Swedish exploitation film that tells the story of a young woman who seeks revenge on the men who forced her into heroin addiction and prostitution. Directed by Bo Arne Vibenius and starring Christina Lindberg and Heinz Hopf, this film also explores the long-term effects of childhood sexual abuse and the brutal realities of the sex industry. In the United States, it was released by American International Pictures under various titles, such as They Call Her One Eye, Hooker's Revenge, and The Swedish Vice-Girl. A quiet girl named Madeleine is forced into a life of prostitution by a cruel pimp named Tony. She endures countless sexual encounters with both male and female clients, until one day she decides to fight back. With the help of another prostitute, Madeleine cunningly plans her escape and takes revenge on her abusers. With scenes of gripping action and tense drama.
