When innocent young Elizabeth Demming is unknowingly used by her boyfriend to smuggle cocaine hidden inside her skis, an airport security check changes her life forever. Arrested, convicted and sentenced to prison, Elizabeth suddenly finds herself thrown into a brutal world where fear, intimidation and violence are part of everyday life.
Surrounded by hardened inmates and confronted by the harsh realities of life behind bars, Elizabeth quickly discovers that innocence offers little protection. If she is going to survive The Concrete Jungle, she must learn to stand up for herself and fight back.
