Our Mother's House, a 1967 British drama thriller film directed by Jack Clayton, stars Dirk Bogarde and features a cast of seven juvenile actors. The screenplay, written by Jeremy Brooks and Haya Harareet, is based on Julian Gloag's novel of the same name. When their mother dies, the seven Hook children hide her passing to avoid being separated, even going as far as to bury her in the backyard and hold seances to communicate with her spirit. When their father unexpectedly appears, their secret world begins to crumble as they discover disturbing truths about their family. Ultimately, the children must face the consequences of their actions and turn themselves in to the authorities.

Please note this DVD movie is over 50 years Old and in Colour, it will not be up to today's high Quality, although the Quality is very good and can be watched on a large screen. Please remember it was made for the older screens though and not digital.
