When a missing stone from London's historic Tower Bridge is discovered and incorporated into the reconstructed London Bridge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, an ancient evil is unleashed. Unknowingly awakened by a drop of blood, the spirit of the infamous Jack the Ripper returns from the dead and resumes his reign of terror nearly a century after his final murder.

As a series of brutal killings shocks the quiet desert town, Detective Don Gregory is assigned to the case.
