In 1959, NEVER SO FEW, a war film directed by John Sturges, featuring Frank Sinatra and other renowned actors, was released in CinemaScope Metrocolor. Based on a true story, the film follows American and British forces, joined by native Kachin, as they fight against Japanese invaders in Burma. The script is loosely based on OSS Lieutenant Meredith Rhule, and the characters Tom Reynolds and Danny De Mortimer are inspired by real OSS officers. While on a mission, Tom and Danny encounter a disturbing discovery that leads to a tense encounter with Chinese soldiers. Despite facing obstacles, Tom's determination and bravery lead to an exonerating victory and a reunion with his love, Carla.
