TWO BROTHERS... ONE DEADLY MOUNTAIN... A DESPERATE BATTLE BETWEEN GREED AND COURAGE!

Starring Spencer Tracy and Robert Wagner, The Mountain is a gripping 1956 adventure drama set against the spectacular snow-covered peaks of the French Alps. When a passenger aircraft crashes high on the treacherous slopes of Mont Blanc, ambitious young Christopher Teller sees an opportunity to make his fortune by stealing valuables from the wreckage. Unable to reach the crash site alone, he persuades his older brother Zachary, an experienced mountaineer, to guide him through the dangerous terrain. Reluctantly agreeing, Zachary leads his brother on a perilous climb through towering cliffs, deadly crevasses and freezing mountain conditions. But when they discover a badly injured woman still alive among the wreckage, the brothers find themselves divided by a terrible moral dilemma. While Christopher is determined to abandon the survivor and escape with his stolen riches, Zachary refuses to leave her to die. As they begin their dangerous descent, greed, courage and brotherly loyalty collide in a dramatic struggle for survival. Featuring breathtaking Alpine scenery, thrilling climbing sequences and powerful performances, The Mountain is an unforgettable classic Hollywood adventure filled with suspense, emotion and human drama.
