IT'S A HEADACHE FROM HELL!
From cult horror director Frank Henenlotter comes a wildly outrageous blend of gruesome special effects, pitch-black comedy and bizarre science-fiction horror!
Brian is an ordinary young man whose life takes a terrifying turn when he encounters Aylmer, a mysterious, wisecracking, worm-like parasite with a taste for human brains.
Aylmer offers Brian the ultimate escape from reality — injections of a strange, addictive fluid that produces extraordinary feelings of pleasure and spectacular hallucinations. But there's a horrifying price to pay. In exchange for his next fix, Brian must help his new companion find fresh victims.
As Brian becomes increasingly dependent on the creature, he finds himself trapped in a nightmarish relationship that threatens everyone around him. Can he break free from Aylmer's deadly influence before it's too late?
Packed with outrageous practical effects, twisted humour and unforgettable creature creations, Brain Damage is a gloriously grotesque 1980s cult classic from the director of Basket Case.
