When ruthless outlaws destroy the K Ranch, two dying partners make a solemn promise that one day their sons will return to avenge them and restore justice to the frontier.

Twenty-five years later, sophisticated city boy Wade Kingsley Jr. dreams of becoming a cowboy, while seasoned ranch hand Slim Mosley Jr. is determined to save the family ranch. After an unlikely meeting in New York, the mismatched pair head west and become "pardners," setting off on a hilarious adventure filled with runaway stagecoaches, mistaken identities, bungled heroics and comic gunfights.

When greedy banker Dan Hollis schemes to steal the K Ranch, Wade and Slim must put their differences aside and face a gang of masked raiders in a thrilling showdown that will determine the future of the ranch—and prove that true friendship is stronger than fear.
