As he stumbles across ancient Egypt and into one biblical adventure after another, Herschel narrowly misses becoming part of some of history's greatest moments. From the Burning Bush to the Red Sea, and through hilarious send-ups of stories including Lot and His Wife, David and Goliath, and even the miracles of Jesus, this irreverent comedy turns familiar Bible tales delightfully upside down.
