TENTACULES (1977) (15) Shelley Winters PUBLIC DOMAIN DVD ONLY NO CASE

Tentacles (Italian: Tentacoli) is a 1977 horror-thriller film directed by Ovidio G. Assonitis and starring John Huston, Shelley Winters, Bo Hopkins, Cesare Danova, Delia Boccardo, and Henry Fonda. The film follows a reporter, Ned Turner, as he investigates a series of mysterious disappearances in a seaside resort town. As the death toll rises, Turner uncovers a connection to a corporation and their use of ultrasonic drilling techniques, which have agitated a massive octopus into attacking humans. With the help of a marine biologist and his trained killer whales, Turner sets out to stop the deadly creature before it claims more lives.

Tentacles draws comparisons to the 1955 film, It Came from Beneath the Sea, while also capitalizing on the success of Jaws. This DVD movie is over 50 years old and in color, but please note that it will not be up to today's high quality standards. However, the quality is still very good and can be watched on a large screen. Please keep in mind that it was made for older screens and is not digital.
