After completing her studies in London, Catherine Miles (Elvire Audray) travels to the Amazon to celebrate her eighteenth birthday with her family. What begins as an exotic river expedition turns into a nightmare when her parents are murdered and Catherine is taken deep into the rainforest by an isolated tribe.
Initially terrified of the young warrior Umukai (Will Gonzalez), Catherine believes he and his people are responsible for her parents’ deaths. But as she adapts to life in the jungle and gradually learns the truth, her feelings toward Umukai begin to change.
When Catherine discovers that the real explanation for her parents’ deaths may lie much closer to home, she sets out on a dangerous journey for the truth—and ultimately revenge.
A striking example of 1980s Italian jungle exploitation cinema, White Slave combines adventure, horror, romance and revenge against the spectacular backdrop of the Amazon.
