EVEN THE MOST INNOCENT RELATIONSHIP CAN BECOME A FATAL ATTRACTION!
Based on a shocking true story, this gripping psychological thriller stars Brooke Shields and Richard Thomas in a terrifying account of obsession, harassment and a woman's desperate struggle to escape a relentless stalker.
Laura Black (Brooke Shields) is a bright, ambitious young woman who moves to California's Silicon Valley to begin an exciting new career at an electronics company. But her promising future soon becomes a living nightmare when she attracts the unwanted attention of fellow employee Richard Farley (Richard Thomas).
What begins as seemingly harmless romantic interest quickly develops into a disturbing obsession. Despite Laura repeatedly rejecting his advances, Richard refuses to accept that she has no feelings for him. His behaviour becomes increasingly threatening as he follows her, invades her privacy and attempts to control every aspect of her life.
As Laura desperately seeks protection from her employers and the authorities, Richard's obsession grows more dangerous. Even losing his job and facing a restraining order cannot stop his relentless pursuit.
When his twisted fantasies finally turn into uncontrollable rage, Richard launches a horrifying armed attack on his former workplace, leaving Laura and her colleagues fighting for their lives.
Tense, disturbing and emotionally powerful, Stalking Laura is a chilling true-crime drama that exposes the devastating consequences of obsessive behaviour and the terrifying reality of stalking.
