Directed and co-written by Cesare Canevari, Gestapo’s Last Orgy is a controversial Italian exploitation drama starring Daniela Poggi.

Years after the end of World War II, former concentration-camp prisoner Lise Cohen returns to the ruins of the camp where she was held. Waiting for her is Conrad von Starke, the former commandant whose fate became strangely intertwined with her own.

As they walk through the abandoned camp, Lise is drawn back into memories of imprisonment, cruelty and her struggle to survive. Starke became obsessed with her refusal to surrender to the brutality surrounding her, beginning a disturbing psychological battle between prisoner and captor.

Now, years later, their unexpected reunion forces both to confront the horrors of the past. But Lise has returned for a reason—and their final encounter will bring their dark and complicated history to a shocking conclusion.

A notorious and uncompromising example of 1970s Italian exploitation cinema, Gestapo’s Last Orgy remains one of the genre’s most controversial films.
