Krull, released in 1983 and directed by Peter Yates, follows the plight of Prince Colwyn and his companions as they attempt to rescue his bride, Princess Lyssa, from an invading alien force. Starring Ken Marshall, Lysette Anthony, Freddie Jones, and Francesca Annis, with supporting appearances from a young Liam Neeson and Robbie Coltrane, the film features stunning visual effects and a powerful score composed by James Horner and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. Though it was a box office disappointment and received mixed reviews, Krull has gained a dedicated cult following since its release. The film tells the story of a prophecy where a king and queen shall rule their world and their son will go on to rule the galaxy. However, this prophecy is threatened when the planet Krull is attacked by the Beast and his army. Prince Colwyn and Princess Lyssa hope to unite their two kingdoms through marriage and defeat the Beast's forces, but the wedding is interrupted.

Please note this DVD movie is over 40 years Old and in Colour, it will not be up to today's high Quality, although the Quality is very good and can be watched on a large screen. Please remember it was made for the older screens though and not digital.
