The screenplay, written by Lorenzo Semple Jr. and David Rayfiel, is based on the 1974 novel Six Days of the Condor by James Grady. Set in New York City and Washington, D.C., the film centers on a CIA researcher, codenamed "Condor," who is targeted for death after discovering a covert plan to manipulate the oil industry. Nominated for an Academy Award and receiving an Edgar Award for Best Motion Picture Screenplay, this rare and unique Public Domain DVD (without a case) is a must-have for any political thriller enthusiast.
